I have wanted to go to fan fair all of my life. Between not having enough money and raising a kid, I never got around to it. Now that the kid is raised and I have a few bucks I'm going. I can't wait to see you there.

Congratulations on the award. It is well deserved! Your performance at Riverfest in Little Rock was SPECTACULAR!!! You had my 6 year old son dancing everywhere. He absolutely loved you and said you were so pretty and cool because you were a girl who could play the guitar. He's learning to play and you encouraged him to practice more. Thanks for that and for being such a great role model for my16 year old daughter. I am trying to teach her to be a strong, independent woman and there aren't very many good role models for girls with those characteristics. You are definitely the perfect role model for her! Thanks again!

since moving to nashville, I've opened up a bit with the whole country scene...rock/alternative is more my style...but after coming across you being played pretty much everyday on GAC I decided to take a peek and see who exactly you where and what your music stood for. And good goly! Thanks for havin an edge, and giving us "rock girls" something to have a good time with in the "country world"...love the ballads as well. Desperation is def one of my favs. So with an album that can cross many different ears from all kinds of genres, I'm so excited you won AOTY!
